1. Basic Points: When you enroll a participant for this course you win 500 basic points for each participant enrolled. There is no maximum limit and you can enroll as many participants as you can and win 500 points for each new participant enrolled by you. Make sure that your name and email address is given in the enrollment form of the new participant as introducer. 2. Bonus Points: On completing the target of enrolling four participants within three months of your joining, you will win 2000 Bonus points in addition to the basic points. Starting with the fifth enrollment you get 500 Bonus points for each enrollment besides 500 basic points. The condition of enrolling within three months does not apply for fifth and subsequent enrollment solicited by you... 3. Over riding Points: Whenever any participants enrolled by you wins 2000 Bonus points on enrolling 4 participants under enrollments solicited under his/her name within three months of joining, you will win 1000 points as Over riding points. There is no maximum limit and you can win 1000 Over riding for each such participant enrolled under enrollment form bearing your name as introducer on his/her completing the target of enrolling 4 members within three months of joining. 4. You win point on enrollments solicited for English Smart or Leaders Reorientation program provided you yourself are enrolled for any one of these courses. 5. Illustration: Suppose you enrolled 6 members and won 3000 basic points. You will qualify for 2000 bonus points, and your total winnings within three months would be 5000 points if you enrolled the first four members within three months of your joining. . 6. Supposing only four members enrolled by you win 2000 bonus points each like you did , you would win 4000 points as over riding points.Thus your total winnings would be 9000 points. But if all the six members win bonus points your total winnings would be 11, 000 points. Higher winnings are possible depending upon enrollments solicited by you and the members whom you enrolled.. |

7. Each point is worth Re. 1 and a gift or gifts of appropriate value would be presented to the winners. 8. Credits of points accumulated may be
settled once a month, However, you may let them accumulate for three months
or more for a bigger prize.

| Important: It is condition precedent for participation in this program that all decisions of Shah Associates would be final and binding and cannot be challenged in any court of law. Further, this incentive program can be withdrawn any time deemed fit by the management. However, the credits given to the participants before the date of withdrawal of this program would be honored. |
