2. The assignment of any job/work under this scheme shall not create any relationship of "the employer and the employee" but shall be treated as work assigned on contract and all workers would be deemed to be contractual workers and not regular & salaried member of the staff of 
either the employer or the agency.. 

3. The employer and the worker should check each other's resume / profile/  website and assign the work or undertake the job on the basis of good faith and may confer via internet messenger. They should abide by all other terms specified herein.

4. In case of hourly or weekly retainer the employer should make the payment every Monday for numbers of hours' work done up to each Sunday. 

5.  Case to case Assignment: -

• The employer undertakes to make payment within one week of completion of the job. 
• Such advance as mutually agreed between the worker and the employer may be paid thgrouh the agency in case of lengthy jobs.
• In case the work is rejected by the employer no payment will be payable by the employer if he undertakes not to use the work submitted in any manner. But the advance shall not be refundable. 

7. The contract may be terminated at any time by either party. The terminating party will make their reasonable best efforts to notify the other party by e-mail of the termination. The employer shall make the payment for the work already done and shall be entitled to refund of advance if the worker is unable to finish the job.

8. All compensations are payable in advance. The employer would make all payments to Shah Associates; Karachi (Pakistan) in an account designated by them and would be responsible for making payment to the worker on receipt of confirmation of the employer for completion of the work.
