    number.
(3)  To arrive at =11 using digit 7 only 3 times write 77
divided by 7.

To arrive at= 10 with the digit 7 written 4 time write 77-7
divided by .7 Yes if you divide 70 with decimal point 7 you
get 100.

To arrive at =1000 with digits 7 write 777-77 and
divide 700 with .7. Dividing 700 with decimal point 7 would
result in 1000.
