People of almost all shades of opinion in Pakistan including the MMA leaders and leading Islamic scholars condemned the dastardly bomb attacks in London this month. The crackdown on madarsahs ordered by General Pervaiz Musharraf to please the big bosses in Washington and London is as senseless as the bombing that killed so many innocent people in London.

Many people died in Sharmal Sheikh the Egyptian tourist resort when terrorist struck. Egyptian police appears to have been bribed and the Indian and Western Media showed
pictures of six Pakistanis allegedly involved in the bombing hinting that Pakistan has become epicenter of the Islamic terrorism. Egyptian Government took its time in 
denying the involvement of Pakistanis in any mannter. 

It is said that hastiness and superficiality are the psychic diseases of the twentieth century, and more than anywhere else this disease is reflected in the Western media as well as 
among the proponents of war against terrorism. All that talk about Jehad and the militant Islam and the possibility of Pakistan's A bomb going into the hands of Jehadis in the 
West being fiddled by some Indian leaders and journalist, is in itself explosion of stupidity. 

In their attempts to alienate Muslims from USA and the West, the enemies of Islam have been propagating against Islam much before 9/11 attack in New York. Their agents have infiltrated in our political and religious parties and they appear to have purchased some unscrupulous persons to fan ethnic and sectarian hatred and organize terrorist attacks in Pakistan to destabilize the only Muslim country with nuclear capability. Some of them pose as extremists Muslim to demonize Islam. The crack down on such hate mongers should have been initiated about 10 years ago. As during this period more Pakistanis have 
died in Pakistan than the British in UK  due to terrorist attacks. The attacks on churches, mosques and Imam Bargah besides Police, doctors, railway tracks, power lines, gas 
pipelines etc. were being carried out 

The fact remains that the attacks were carried out by British youths. It is apparent that they were sent to Pakistan to mislead investigations. To believe that they were brain washed 
by the madarsahs or mullas in Pakistan during their short visit  is utterly wrong notion.

About 6000 Suicides in UK Every Year
According to the figures of the World Health Organization there were 5,910 suicides in the UK in 2001. In England and Wales the total number of suicides were 4,865. Around 75 per cent of these suicides were by white males. 

Over 31000 Suicides in US Every Year
According to the official figures in US in 2002  the number of deaths due to suicides came to 31,655. According to another report an average of one person every 18 minutes dies by suicide. An average of one person under the age of 25 dies every 2 hours by suicide.

A Suicide Every 40 Seconds!
According to the American web site http://www.msnbc.msn.com, a suicide takes place somewhere around the world every 40 seconds, or nearly one million a year, and the rate looks set to surge over the next two decades as predicted by international health 
experts.

In the thousands of wars and revolutions  already fought, thousands of combatants made heroic / quasi-suicidal acts to defend their nations / religions / political causes. The 
plurality of the causes by which they sacrificed themselves dismisses theories and false propaganda the Islam encourages terrorism and suicidal attacks. In fact the suicide rates in Islamic world are the lowest among the nations. All balanced people know that many Communists died for Communism, and Fascists for Fascism, and Irish for Ireland, and many or most of  these people where atheists. 

The largest number of suicidal attacks were seen in Vietnam war. In Chuck Deans' book, Nam Vet., printed in 1990 the author states that "Fifty-eight thousand plus died in the Vietnam War. Over 150,000 have committed suicide since the war ended". Chuck Dean is a Vietnam Veteran who served in the 173rd Airborne, arriving in Vietnam in 1965.

In another book 'A Cultural History of Suicide', the author says that it's a mystery that's long haunted psychologists and drove them rummaging into the historical archives of 
self destruction. From Socrates to Sylvia Plath, post-revolutionary France to Auschwitz - suicide has been seen as both a personal and a political act. But the author provocatively argues that modern medicine has stripped it bare of meaning and reason, and diminished individual responsibility for the decision to die. 

The Mind Organization in UK studies causes of suicide and indicates the signs of suicidal tendencies. It also mentions  that research shows that Asian mental health service users experience problems, including inappropriate treatment and care and lack of services specifically aimed at Asian people with mental health problems. Asian communities have been vulnerable to poor housing, unemployment or low-paid work, and to racism and abuse. The Bangladeshi community in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, in particular, is among the most disadvantaged. 

Some experts say that the major cause of tendency for suicidal attacks among British Muslim youths is racial discrimination, low wages or unemployment and treatment as 
second class citizens. 

In South Asia poverty, deprivation, unemployment and exploitation are the main reasons on account of which people lose balance of their mind. According to  one expert 
in Pakistan nearly 15% people suffer from some sort of obsession or metal disorder and the number of completely insane people is also rising from  2% of population.

Fanatics spot such people and prepare them for their nefarious designs by giving them different incentives. Like devil they distort Holy Scripture when it suits them.  Whether 
they are infiltrators or real insiders and extremists, they are the real enemies of Islam as killing of innocent people in dastardly attacks even in times of war was prohibited by the Holy Prophet (SWS).

The program for reform of madarsahs is indeed commendable but the progress is very slow and the facilities are meager. International Aid agencies must realize the importance of modernizing the educational system in Pakistan and give generous aid for that purpose.

The senseless repercussions of interventions in Afghanistan, Iraq and Palestine demand that we renew our anger at our leaders. Our troops must come home. We owe it to all those who died in London on 7 July.

Blair brought home to this country his and George W Bush's illegal, unprovoked and blood-soaked adventure in the Middle East. Were it not for his epic irresponsibility, the Londoners who died in the Tube and on the No 30 bus almost certainly would be alive today. This is what Livingstone ought to have said. To paraphrase perhaps the only challenging question put to Blair on the eve of the invasion (by John Humphrys), it is 
now surely beyond all doubt that the man is unfit to be Prime Minister. 

How much more evidence is needed? Before the invasion, Blair was warned by the Joint Intelligence Committee that "by far the greatest terrorist threat" to this country would be 
"heightened by military action against Iraq". He was warned by 79 per cent of Londoners who, according to a YouGov survey in February 2003, believed that a British attack on 
Iraq "would make a terrorist attack on London more likely". .........

Blair is using the London bombings to further deplete our rights and those of others, as Bush has done in America. Their  goal is not security, but greater control. The memory of their victims in Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine and elsewhere demands the renewal of our anger. The troops must come home. Nothing less is owed to those who died and suffered in London on 7 July, unnecessarily, and nothing less is owed to those whose lives 
are marked if this travesty endures.

INDIAN ATROCITIES IN OCCUPIED KASHMIR:

930 Kashmiri civilians killed by Indian forces, 852 injured.Of those killed, 25 were tortured to death in Indian detention centers. 586 arrested and held without trial or show of cause.63 homes demolished by Indian troops. EIGHT Kashmiri women raped 
by Indian troops.

Musharraf's Forces Attack Muslim Women's Medressa: 50 Young Women Hospitalized

July 21: General Musharraf's police forces acting on orders from British Prime Minister Blair raided a number of mosques in the capital city, Islamabad,  and arrested leading preachers  and Islamic scholars who have been speaking against Bush and Blair.

The biggest attack by Busharraf's forces was on Islamabad's biggest  women's Islamic school [medressa] known as Jamia Hafsa [after the daughter of 'Umar ibn  al-Khattab, r.a.]. Before breaking in, the police fired teargas shells into the school. They tore the veil off the faces of some of the young women who came out and manhandled others, breaking the leg of one and the arm of another. More than 50 young women have been 
hospitalized.

The Islamic coalition, MMA, called for protest rallies on Friday.

BRITISH AGENTS DIRECT RAIDS against ISLAMIC SCHOOLS: 
DOZENS ARRESTED

The U.S. and British governments ordered General Musharraf to go after Islamic schools when the determination was made that Tanweer and other alleged bombers in the London attacks had allegedly studied in or visited Islamic schools in Pakistan. The raids began on July 16 in Lahore and were continuing on July 20. 

Musharraf's regime claims that the raids are being carried out by Pakistani special forces but Pakistani Urdu language newspapers have eyewitnesses that British officers were 
directing the raids.

Using Plastic container in Microwave Oven is Dangerous.

On TV recently, they had a Dr. Edward Fujimoto from Castle Hospital >on the program. He is the manager of the Wellness Program at the hospital. He was talking about 
dioxins and how bad they are for us. 

He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat and plastics releases dioxins into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Dioxins are carcinogens and highly toxic to the cells of our bodies.

Instead, he recommends using glass, Corning Ware, or ceramic containers for heating food.

You get the same results without the dioxins. So such things as TV dinners, instant saimin and soups, etc. should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. Just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He said we might remember when some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the

TIPS FROM AMERICAN POLICE
You think You know them all but You dont

1. Tip from police: The elbow is the strongest point on your body. If you are close enough to use it, do!

2. If a robber asks for your wallet and/or purse, DO NOT HAND IT TO HIM. Toss it away from you.... chances are that he is more interested in your Wallet and/or purse than you and he will go for the wallet or purse.

RUN LIKE MAD IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!

3. If you are ever thrown into the trunk of a car: Kick out the back tail lights and stick your arm out the hole and start waving like crazy. The driver won't see you but everybody else will. This has saved lives.

4. Women have a tendency to get into their car after shopping, eating, working, etc., and just sit (doing their check book, or making a list, etc.) DON'T DO THIS! The predator will be watching you, and this is the perfect opportunity for him to get in on the passenger side, put a gun to your head, and tell you where to go. AS SOON AS YOU GET INTO YOUR CAR, LOCK THE DOORS AND LEAVE.

5. A Few Notes About Getting Into Your Car In a Parking Lot,  or Parking Garage:

A. Be aware: look around you; look into your car, at the 
passenger side floor, and in the back seat.

(And check out under the car as you approach.)

B. If you're parked next to a big van you should enter your 
car from the passenger door. Most serial killers attack their 
victims by pulling them into their vans while the women are 
attempting to get into their cars.

C. Look at the car parked on the driver's side of your vehicle 
and the passenger side. If a male is sitting alone in the 
seat nearest your car, you may want to walk back into the 
mall, or work, and get a guard/policeman to walk you back out.

IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY.
(And better paranoid than dead.)

7. If the predator has a gun and you are not under his control, ALWAYS RUN! The predator will only hit you (a running target) 4 in 100 times; And even then, it most likely WILL NOT be a vital organ, RUN! 

8. As women, we are always trying to be sympathetic: STOP IT! It may get you raped, or killed. Ted Bundy, the serial killer, was a good-looking, well educated man, who ALWAYS played on the sympathies of unsuspecting women? He walked with a cane, or a limp, and often asked "for help" into his vehicle or with his vehicle, which is when he abducted his next victim.

Someone just told me that her friend heard a crying baby on her porch the night before last, and she called the police because it was late and she thought it was weird. The police 
told her "Whatever you do, DO NOT open the door." The lady then said that it sounded like the baby had crawled near a window, and she was <worried that it would crawl to the
 street and get run over. The policeman said, "We already have a unit on the way, whatever you do, DO NOT open the door." He told her that they think a serial killer has a baby cry recorder and uses it to coax women out of their homes thinking that someone dropped off a baby. He said they have not verified it, but have had several calls by 
women saying that they heard baby cries outside their doors! when they're home alone at night.

Please pass this on! and DO NOT open the door for a crying baby.

This e-mail should probably be taken seriously because the Crying Baby theory was mentioned on: America's Most Wanted this past Saturday when they profiled the serial killer in Louisiana.
