and are paid $ 15 per hour. The Texan Factory owner knows that if
he hires all the Mexican workers he can save lot of wages. But skilled
workers are short and he has to arrange for production of 310 Units of
production each day.So he hires maximum number of Mexicans available and
also hires quite a few American workers. Thus his labor cost is $ 850 per
hour to produce 310 Units.
